We are a translation services agency in Sydney. Specialising in professional translation of texts, documents, audio, video in more than 20 languages.


We are currently seeking a passionate, friendly, willing to learn, reliable, energetic office all rounder who can follow our system, be part of our passionate team and help our business grow further.


Responsibilities include:

  • Office management, including ordering and maintaining supplies, office equipment, managing building/facilities maintenance and office cleaning
  • Maintaining and updating the proprietary internal service provider database
  • Reception duties including greeting visitors as required
  • Administration duties including answering the phone and other office reception tasks
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance and improve administrative processes and systems
  • Assist the HR function with administrative tasks where required


Skills and experience:

  • At least 1 year experience providing office and administrative support
  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Advanced skills in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access or similar database software
  • Demonstrate an proactive nature with the ability to apply creativity and initiative when exploring continuous business improvement methods
  • Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to compose and present correspondence of a non-specialist nature
  • Demonstrated experience in organising workshops and meetings, including preparation and distribution of papers
  • Experience in providing a broad range of administrative and related clerical services
